The Talent Acquisition Specialist, LATAM is responsible for the end-to-end delivery of recruitment across the four main Merz Aesthetics Latin America affiliates. Acting as a trusted advisor to hiring leaders and HR stakeholders, the role manages the full recruitment lifecycle.
📌 Main Responsibilities
- Own multiple recruitment processes across Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, and Mexico, ensuring clear governance, timely progress, and consistent quality from requisition approval through closure.
- Manage role intake, briefing, job posting, market mapping, sourcing, screening, shortlist presentation, interview coordination, final calibration, offer support, pre-employment handoffs, and requisition closure.
- Advise hiring managers and HR stakeholders on profile definition, market availability, sourcing strategy, process design, interview approach, compensation alignment, and hiring decisions.
- Design proactive sourcing and talent mapping strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, job boards, professional networks, referrals, databases, and other relevant channels.
- Develop diverse pipelines for current and future business needs, with attention to local market dynamics and hard-to-fill profiles.

Assess candidates against technical, behavioral, cultural, language, and business requirements, documenting clear and evidence-based recommendations.
- Present calibrated shortlists, support structured interviews, consolidate stakeholder feedback, and facilitate final decision discussions.
- Maintain timely, transparent, and respectful communication throughout the process, ensuring consistent candidate experience across countries.
- Maintain complete and accurate requisition, candidate, stage, disposition, and closure data in UKG and related recruitment tools.
- Own the collection, quality, consolidation, and reporting of Talent Acquisition KPIs, such as time to fill, time in stage, pipeline conversion, source effectiveness, offer acceptance, open requisitions, and hiring volume.
- Support budget and expense tracking for the Talent Acquisition area, including vendor follow-up, contract administration, purchase orders, invoice coordination, and documentation control.

Share market intelligence, best practices, and recruitment insights across LATAM while adapting execution to country-specific needs.

Identify opportunities to standardize, simplify, and improve recruitment workflows, templates, reporting, service levels, and stakeholder communication.
🎓 Requirements
- Advanced full-cycle recruitment and selection capabilities across varied functions and seniority levels.
- Strong sourcing and market-mapping skills, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, talent databases, referrals, and job boards.
- Hands-on experience with ATS/HRIS platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions, countries, stakeholders, and priorities in a fast-paced regional environment.
- Knowledge of recruitment governance, candidate data privacy, inclusive hiring practices, and relevant LATAM labor-market considerations.
- Intermediate to advanced English, with sufficient proficiency to communicate in meetings, email, systems, and regional/global interactions.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Fluent Portuguese and advanced Spanish, with the ability to conduct professional recruitment conversations in both languages.
- Relevant experience managing full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a multinational or regional environment.

- Strong command of recruitment KPIs, data quality, reporting, and insight generation.
- Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint capabilities are preferred.
- Experience supporting recruitment in Brazil, Argentina, Colombia, and/or Mexico.
- Experience in pharmaceutical, medical devices, healthcare, consumer, beauty/aesthetics, or another regulated multinational environment.
- Exposure to employer branding, talent marketing, university relations, employee referral programs, or regional HR projects.
- Experience managing recruitment vendors, contracts, purchase orders, invoices, or departmental expenses.
