As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will encounter exciting challenges in this role:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing and interviewing to candidate selection and hiring.
- Partner with hiring managers to define recruitment strategies and ensure timely hiring.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and prepare candidate evaluation reports.
- Coordinate interviews, assessments, and communication with candidates and stakeholders throughout the process.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and ensure compliance with hiring procedures.
- Support onboarding activities, probation follow-up, and the employee referral program.
To be outstanding in this role, the following factors will contribute to your success:
- Bachelor's degree or final-year student in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Experience conducting competency-based interviews and candidate assessments.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Microsoft Office, and other recruitment tools.
