Talent Acquisition Specialist
Remote – Yorkshire with regular travel
Full Time
£30,000 per annum
At Partou, we know that exceptional childcare starts with exceptional people.
Every hire we make has a direct impact on children, families, and nursery teams across the country. That's why we're looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist who is motivated by more than filling vacancies. We're looking for someone who wants to become a trusted partner to our nurseries, support hiring managers to succeed, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment journey.
This is an opportunity to join one of the UK's leading childcare organisations and play a key role in helping our nurseries attract, engage and hire the talented Early Years professionals who help us make little minds grow big.
You'll work closely with Nursery Managers and Area Managers, helping them navigate hiring challenges, improve recruitment outcomes, and build strong talent pipelines for the future.
You'll also be the person who ensures every candidate feels valued, informed and supported throughout their journey. Whether it's their first conversation with Partou or the moment they accept an offer, you'll create an experience that reflects our values and leaves a lasting impression.
What You'll Be Doing
- Partnering with nurseries across your region to understand their recruitment needs and workforce plans.
- Acting as a trusted advisor to Nursery Managers, coaching and supporting them throughout the hiring process.
- Managing end-to-end recruitment for a variety of Early Years roles in a fast-paced environment.
- Creating engaging adverts and attraction strategies that connect with the right candidates.
- Building talent pools and sourcing proactively through multiple channels.
- Delivering a first-class candidate experience with clear communication and genuine care.
- Supporting safer recruitment practices to ensure every hire is compliant and aligned with our values.
- Helping nurseries overcome recruitment challenges and maintain momentum during periods of growth or change.
Who We’re Looking For
You'll be someone who genuinely cares about people.
You might come from an agency or in-house recruitment background, but what really matters is your ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders and create positive hiring experiences.
You'll Thrive If You
- Enjoy partnering with managers and helping them succeed.
- Take pride in delivering an exceptional candidate journey.
- Love solving recruitment challenges and finding creative solutions.
- Can balance quality, pace and attention to detail.
- Are organised, resilient and motivated by making a measurable impact.
- Understand that every successful hire contributes to the care and development of children
The role is remote, with regular travel across our Yorkshire region, as such, a UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.
Partou & You
When you join our Talent Acquisition team, you'll be part of a collaborative and ambitious function that recognises the value recruitment brings to the business. You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships across the organisation, and contribute directly to the success of our nurseries.
Most importantly, you'll know that the work you do every day helps ensure the children in our settings are supported by exceptional people.
- Annual salary of £30,000 per annum
- Access to professional training through the Partou Academy
