A Little About the Role Wit us, Talent Agents are empowered to build their own roster around the creators they're most passionate about. Backed by an experienced, collaborative team that's deeply connected across the creator economy, you'll have the support, resources, and expertise to turn your dream creators into long-term clients. From dedicated Account Managers, Content Strategists, Publicists, Events & Touring specialists to hands-on leadership support and many more, every team plays a role in helping our creators succeed. That means you can focus on what you do best: discovering talent, developing talent, and growing talent. What You Bring Ideally, you have: 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, talent management, creator partnerships, PR, brand partnerships, or a related field. An existing network across brands, agencies, creators, or entertainment Strong commercial instincts with the drive to work against sales goals A deep understanding of the creator economy and digital culture Experience reviewing or negotiating contracts Don't meet every qualification or you’re coming from a different industry ?
