Talent & Growth Ops Lead: 90-day project, remote

RYVAL, free-to-play predictions on live streams from Kick and Twitch creators. Our users are global, social gaming, no real money.

We’re building a growth team of hourly reps who bring in real users through streamer outreach, Telegram and Discord communities, and short-form clip accounts. Every rep works to clear hourly and daily targets, tracked live by our own bots.

Your job: build the machine that finds, hires, onboards, tracks and pays this team.

In 90 days you will:

• Hire a first group of 10 reps and run a 2-week paid trial; keep the best 6
• Promote one rep to part-time Pod Lead and set them up to run the daily numbers
• Run onboarding: contracts, company accounts, wallets, tracking, day-1 training
• Run weekly reviews: leaderboard, coaching, and fast, fair cuts
• Run weekly USDC payroll with zero errors
• Write the playbook so we can hire the next team without you

You have:

• Hired hourly or BPO-style teams in volume (tell us how many, and how many stayed)
• Set up KPIs, time tracking and payroll for remote staff
• Let people go fairly and quickly
• Strong written English; comfortable working with AI tools and bots

Nice to have: a background in gaming, streaming, Web3 or crypto communities; a USDC wallet you already use.

Terms: project-based contract with our Dubai company. 25–30 hrs/week, flexible hours with some overlap with US evenings. Monthly retainer plus a bonus for every hire still with us at day 30, paid in USDC. Possible extension into a full-time role.
