Key Responsibilities

• Translate HR business needs into clear data requirements and key performance indicators.
• Design, test, and evolve interactive decision-oriented dashboards using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric.
• Manage recurring and ad hoc talent analytics while ensuring robust data governance.
• Support the migration and re-engineering of existing R-based solutions into modern lakehouse environments.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Power BI and Microsoft Fabric, with proven experience migrating R-based solutions.
• Solid capability in HR business analysis, requirement gathering, and user acceptance testing.
• Advanced proficiency in English with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of PySpark, DAX, SQL, Snowflake, or SuccessFactors is a plus.

Benefits

• Contract type: 1-year project contract with 2 days on-site in Anderlecht and flexible remote work.
• Employed offer: €4,400 to €4,800 gross monthly salary plus a company car & benefits.
• Freelance offer: €540 to €610 daily rate based on experience.
