We are looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our Talent Applications team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on both national and international projects, implementing SaaS solutions in the areas of Talent Management, Learning, Recruitment, and Performance. You will work closely with clients, helping them achieve success in their digital transformation initiatives. What you'll find at ISQe ✅ Challenging and diverse projects ✅ Exposure to clients across different industries and markets ✅ Autonomy and ownership in managing your projects ✅ An experienced, collaborative, and supportive team ✅ Professional growth and continuous development opportunities ✅ Hybrid and flexible working model ✅ Private health insurance Your day-to-day responsibilities Gather and analyse functional requirements Configure and customise SaaS solutions Manage and coordinate implementation projects Deliver training and support to administrators and end users Provide functional support and consultancy to clients Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure successful implementations What we're looking for Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Information Technology, Education Sciences, or a related field 2 to 4 years of experience implementing SaaS solutions, particularly Talent Management, LMS, or HRIS platforms such as Cornerstone OnDemand, SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle Taleo, or similar solutions Experience in project management and direct client interaction Strong analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and stakeholders simultaneously Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel Basic HTML knowledge for platform configuration and customisation High level of responsibility, accuracy, and attention to detail Autonomous, proactive, and adaptable mindset Curiosity and a continuous learning attitude Excellent communication and teamwork skills Fluent English, both written and spoken (mandatory) French proficiency, both written and spoken (preferred) Benefits Private health insurance Hybrid working model Informal and friendly work environment Professional development opportunities If you are interested in this opportunity and believe your profile matches what we are looking for, submit your application by clicking "Apply Now".
