About RTN Mental Health
Following a period of rapid and transformative growth, RTN Mental Health Solutions is continuing to scale the teams and digital infrastructure that power our clinical services. As a leading provider of ADHD and ASD diagnostic care, we are deeply committed to delivering accessible, compassionate, and high-quality assessments.
Behind our mission is a vibrant, expanding network of multidisciplinary professionals. To support our evolved delivery model, we are seeking a highly proactive, delivery-focused Talent Partner to take full operational ownership of our end-to-end recruitment. Combining active LinkedIn sourcing, senior stakeholder engagement, and process automation, you will play a vital role in building our clinical associate pipeline and expanding candidate capacity to ensure our patients receive the timely care they need.
The Role
As our Talent Partner, you will be the operational engine powering our hiring strategy and clinical capacity. Working in close partnership with the Head of Talent, you will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, with a heavy focus on proactive LinkedIn sourcing to build a network of clinical associates (reflecting our 30% perm / 70% associate model). This is a hands-on, high-delivery role where you will seamlessly blend direct talent attraction with operational detail, from conducting initial screenings and managing compliance to implementing workflow automations and partnering directly with senior leadership to keep our teams moving forward.
Role Responsibilities
- Direct Sourcing & Clinical Pipeline Building: Proactively search, map, and engage high-caliber clinical practitioners, permanent staff, and associate contractors using LinkedIn Recruiter and targeted channels.
- Associate Network Management: Nurture and expand our 70% associate contractor model, ensuring a continuous, ready-to-deploy pipeline to meet growing diagnostic assessment demand.
- End-to-End Recruitment Delivery: Oversee the full candidate lifecycle, including application reviews, warm screening calls, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
- Senior Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner regularly with the SLT and department leads to gain total clarity on role requirements, provide transparent pipeline updates, and align hiring with clinical goals.
- Workflow Automation & Systems: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement smart ATS automations, candidate communication workflows, and digital efficiencies to scale delivery.
- Compliance & Onboarding Oversight: Ensure candidates smoothly progress through mandatory pre-employment checks, including Right to Work, references, DBS, and clinical credentials.
About You
We are looking for a proactive, digitally savvy, and candidate-focused recruitment professional who thrives on taking full ownership of delivery. You are naturally curious, highly organised, and comfortable balancing candidate engagement with administrative detail.
- Clinical Sourcing Expertise: Proven background recruiting for clinical or healthcare roles, with a clear understanding of the healthcare landscape and practitioner credentials.
- Advanced Direct Sourcing: Expert proficiency using LinkedIn Recruiter to map niche markets and directly engage passive clinical talent.
- End-to-End Delivery: Strong track record managing the full recruitment lifecycle, ideally within healthcare or fast-paced professional services environments.
- Associate/Contingent Network Familiarity: Experience building, nurturing, and maintaining contingent or associate clinician pipelines.
- Process & Tech-Minded: Comfortable utilising ATS platforms with an eagerness to implement automations that streamline recruitment workflows.
- Senior Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills with the confidence to collaborate with SLT members, ask probing questions, and report on pipeline metrics.
- Compliance Rigor: Thorough understanding of UK pre-employment standards, clinical compliance checks (DBS, references, credentials), and candidate onboarding requirements.
