2. Pick the roles that fit your network. Refer, source, and screen candidates using Techtree's matching and sourcing tools.
3. Get paid a percentage of the placement fee when your candidate is hired. Our delivery team runs the client relationship and the paperwork.

What you earn per successful placement

• Referral only: £2,000 to £10,000+
• Referral plus screening support: £3,000 to £15,000+
• Senior leadership and specialist roles: higher again
