Enterprise talent process leader and trusted advisor to assigned operating companies.
The Talent Partner is Fortive’s enterprise talent representative to assigned operating companies (OpCos), ensuring talent decisions are supported by disciplined processes, high-quality data, enterprise insight, and practical solutions.
