As they continue to scale, they're looking for an experienced Talent Partner to join their Talent Acquisition team on an initial three-month contract. You'll play a key role in hiring exceptional talent while partnering closely with business leaders to deliver a seamless recruitment experience. We're looking for someone with 5+ years of Talent Acquisition experience who has recruited across a broad range of business functions. Whilst experience hiring for Technology and Product roles is important, you'll also be comfortable recruiting across wider corporate functions, making you a well-rounded recruitment professional. What you'll be doing Partnering with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs. Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from briefing through to offer and onboarding. Recruiting across Technology, Product and broader business functions. Building proactive talent pipelines through sourcing and market mapping. Delivering an exceptional candidate experience. Providing market insights and recruitment expertise to stakeholders. Working collaboratively with the wider Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring goals. What we're looking for 5+ years' experience in Talent Acquisition within an in-house or RPO environment. Experience recruiting Technology and Product roles alongside broader corporate hiring. Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Proven sourcing capability and experience engaging passive candidates. Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
