As a Talent Acquisition & People Business Partner , you will be driving the end-to-end Talent Acquisition process while acting as a strategic People Partner to some of our leaders and teams. On the recruitment side, with the support of our Head of Talent Acquisition, you’ll personally own the full hiring lifecycle and support local employer branding. On the People Partner side, you will act as a trusted strategic advisor—aligning people management, employee relations, talent development, and change management with our overall business goals. What You’ll Be Doing on a Typical Workday 🗓️ Drive Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own the end-to-end recruitment process for the whole organization—from drafting compelling job copy with hiring managers and active sourcing on LinkedIn Recruiter to interviewing, pipeline management, and extending offers. Act as a Trusted People Partner: Serve as the go-to advisor for team leads and managers on day-to-day people topics. Boost Employer Branding & Candidate Experience: Support localized employer branding efforts, attend tech/industry events, and ensure every candidate enjoys a fast, transparent, and high-vibe journey. Enable Manager Development & Team Engagement: Assist managers in running performance reviews, facilitating engagement check-ins, and supporting initiatives that keep our feedback culture strong. Make Data-Informed Decisions: Track core recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, offer acceptance rate) alongside HR data (turnover, engagement scores) to flag trends and share actionable insights with leadership This Role is a Great Fit If You Have... 🎯 Must to have 5-6 Years of Relevant Experience: A solid track record in a fast-paced startup, scale-up, with hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition. Passion for TA & Proven Sourcing Expertise: Demonstrated capability in active sourcing via LinkedIn Recruiter, engaging passive candidates, and building pipelines for diverse business functions, driven by a genuine passion for Talent Acquisition and continuous recruitment innovation. Strong Communication & Stakeholder Skills: High emotional intelligence with the confidence to challenge managers constructively, advise on people decisions, and build relationships across diverse, international teams. Pragmatic, Execution-Focused Mindset: You enjoy "rolling up your sleeves" to fill vacancies while building scalable HR processes that help the business grow. Fluency in English: Professional working proficiency in English is required. Nice to have Dutch Labor Law Familiarity: Practical knowledge of Dutch employment fundamentals (contracts, sick leave protocols/Poortwachter, probation rules). Dutch Language: Working proficiency in Dutch is a bonus!
