Responsibilities for senior roles While specific responsibilities will vary by role, senior-level professionals at Teampathy typically: Lead and own complex, end-to-end projects and strategic initiatives. Requirements Availability to work part-time. Currently residing in one of the following countries: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, or Ecuador. Advanced professional proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) , with excellent verbal communication skills. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. A proactive and self-driven mindset, with the ability to work autonomously in a remote environment. A passion for continuous learning and professional growth.
