Talent Recruiter - Remote

As a US Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for hiring the best US-based talent. You will have the opportunity to lead recruitment initiatives and provide our clients with a competitive recruiting advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Handle high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
• Support clients and managing directors with their hiring needs.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
• Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter to source and engage top candidates.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies.
• Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 3 years of US full-cycle recruitment experience. Experience with US public accounting and law firm preferred
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong internet setup and reliable connectivity.
• Own working equipment (computer, headset, etc.).
• Amenable to work US Eastern Time (ET) hours.
• College graduate.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is essential.
