What will you do around here? Conduct market mapping across sales or tech to identify top-tier talent Utilise deep competitor research and talent identification to bring insights and intelligence back to the team Support searches and sourcing with data-led input, focusing on market intelligence rather than just execution Partner with top-tier stakeholders, helping them to enable better decision-making through data and insights Your focus will be delivering project-based hiring, salary benchmarking, and strategic talent insights We'd love to chat with you if you have: Deep market knowledge and a strong understanding of Sales or Tech markets A high bar for quality, with a proven ability to target and go after top-tier, proven performers A “Talent partner” mindset that is research, insight, and strategy-led rather than just executional Product-minded and plug-and-play capability, able to operate in a high talent density environment The ability to raise the overall bar of hiring through better inputs, targeting, and competitor intelligence What's in it for you?
