We are looking for a curious, resourceful and detail-oriented Talent Researcher based in Malaysia to support our Singapore recruitment team. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in recruitment, technology and research are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Source suitable candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, professional communities and other channels.
• Conduct talent mapping and market research across assigned companies, industries and technical functions.
• Review candidate profiles and assess their suitability against specific job requirements.
• Build and maintain accurate candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
• Prepare concise candidate summaries and research reports for recruitment consultants.
• Reach out to potential candidates and conduct initial qualification when required.
• Track sourcing progress and provide regular updates to the team.
• Support recruitment projects across technology and deep-tech roles.

Requirements

• Based in Malaysia and able to work remotely.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply; previous experience in recruitment, sourcing or research is an advantage but not required.
• Strong research skills and the ability to learn unfamiliar or technical topics quickly.
• Resourceful and comfortable using LinkedIn, online databases and search tools.
• Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple assignments.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
