The Philippines has one of the strongest sales-talent pools on earth — world-class English, a service culture forged in the world's contact-center capital, and people who sell across time zones before breakfast. The problem isn't talent. It's discovery.

expodiscover is the trade show industry's first true marketplace — where organizers, exhibitors, suppliers, and venues don't just connect, they transact. We're building a commission-driven sales team across Asia, and we need a Talent Scout in the Philippines to feed it.

What this is

Not an HR desk job. A hunting license. You find the people our sales engine runs on — Booth Sales Partners, Growth Partners, future team leads — and you earn when they prove themselves on the floor. Your name is attached to every hire you bring in; their success is your reputation and your income.

What you'll do

• Hunt for sales talent across the Philippines — LinkedIn, JobStreet, Kalibrr, Facebook groups, campus networks, your own circles
• Talk first, filter fast — run first-round conversations and shortlist only people you'd personally bet on
• Connect your shortlist with our founder and sales leadership for final interviews
• Verify backgrounds before any offer leaves our desk
• Hand over signed hires cleanly into onboarding — and check on them in week one
• Keep honest records of every conversation, stage, and outcome

Who you are

• A people-spotter with proof — recruitment, talent sourcing, HR, or a network you can activate tomorrow
• Fluent in the Philippine talent market — you know where the good ones hide, from Metro Manila to Cebu to Davao
• Fluent in English — non-negotiable; Filipino/Tagalog and regional languages are your edge
• Allergic to padding — you'd rather send two great candidates than ten maybes
• Never charge candidates, ever — that's a deal-breaker rule here
