We are currently seeking a talented Talent Solutions Consultant to join our growing team, specialising in recruitment across the banking and financial services sector. We welcome conversations with recruiters at varying levels of experience, from developing consultants through to experienced senior recruiters.

YOU | Bring your recruitment experience, relationship-driven approach and passion for delivering exceptional outcomes to clients and candidates. You are a natural connector who enjoys building long-term relationships, understanding the needs of both clients and candidates, and providing a boutique, high-touch recruitment experience. Experience recruiting within banking or financial services would be highly regarded, however broader recruitment experience combined with a genuine interest in the sector is also welcomed.

THE ROLE | You will work across an established national banking portfolio, supporting recruitment across retail, commercial, corporate and relationship banking opportunities. With strong client relationships already in place and ongoing recruitment activity nationally, you will have the opportunity to develop your desk, build your market knowledge and grow long-term relationships with banking professionals and industry leaders. Depending on your experience, the role can be shaped to include permanent, contingent and senior-level recruitment.
