The role and the team

As a Talent Solutions Manager (all genders), you’ll make sure knowledge and learning at Lucanet are easy to find, always current and ready for AI. You’ll own our internal knowledge base in Confluence, run our Sana learning management system (LMS) and drive projects across the People team. This isn’t a traditional learning and development role. It brings knowledge management, LMS administration and project management together in one role.

You’ll join the People & Organization team and work closely with the colleagues who build our knowledge base and our AI assistant, Spark. You’ll partner with People Business Partners and the wider People team on projects of every size, and you’ll be the go-to contact for everyone who contributes content or holds a role in Sana. We look for people who keep growing, take real ownership, and lift the people around them.

What you’ll do

• Own and improve our Confluence knowledge base, keeping content accurate, easy to read and structured for AI tools.
• Build a knowledge base roadmap that sets priorities and closes the gaps our AI assistant, Spark, surfaces.
• Administer Sana, our LMS: manage users, create and update content, build dashboards and solve technical questions.
• Guide knowledge base contributors and Sana role holders so everyone knows what they own and keeps it current.
• Spot skill gaps and recurring issues, then design learning solutions that address them.
• Drive People projects of every size, from new guidelines with People Business Partners to data for presentations.
• Report into the People & Organization team.

What you bring

You have

• Run a knowledge base, wiki or intranet hands-on, keeping content structured, current and easy to find.
• Administered a learning management system or knowledge management system, including users, content and reporting.
• Used AI tools in your daily work, with real curiosity about how AI changes the way people find knowledge.
• Delivered projects end to end while balancing requests from several stakeholders at once.
• Turned complex information into clear, simple content people actually use.

It’s a plus if you also have

• Hands-on experience with Sana.
• A generalist HR background across several HR areas.
