Contract: B2B (must be able to invoice as an independent contractor) Location: Remote (EMEA - CEE or Balkans region) Language: Native or Professional Fluency in German and English is mandatory (minimum C1) As a Talent Sourcer, you will: Source suitable candidates through various sourcing channels. Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to define candidate personas. Follow up / reach out to different types of candidates and engage with them. Measure and record conversion rates. Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming candidates. Create talent pipelines for current and future hires. Set up candidate interviews with TAs and Hiring Managers. Interact with potential candidates on professional networks. Requirements Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and German , minimum C1 is essential. Based in EMEA or within the CEST time zone (±2 hours) to ensure alignment with team and client working hours. You have at least 2+ years of experience with sourcing techniques (e.g., recruiting on professional platforms and crafting Boolean search strings). Solid track record in sourcing for the EMEA/DACH markets . Creative problem-solving and decision-making using analytical skills. Advanced user knowledge of LinkedIn, Lever, Greenhouse, or other ATS tools would be a plus.
