About The Role

As a Talent Sourcing Specialist at Novoguild, you will find and screen candidates for tech and non-tech roles at our client companies, and reach out to those who fit.

It is high-volume, detail-heavy work. On a typical day, you will review profiles against a client brief, decide who is a real fit, and write personalised outreach to them. Much of it is repetitive, and it rewards patience and accuracy more than speed. People who want to get very good at judging talent and grow into full-cycle recruiting do well here.

What You Will Do

• Source and screen candidates on LinkedIn Recruiter, Instahyre and other tools
• Research unfamiliar technologies, tools and job functions so you can judge
• candidate fit correctly
• Write personalised outreach to candidates over LinkedIn and email
• Keep our trackers and talent database accurate and up to date
• Send a short end-of-day update on what you sourced, screened and sent
• Continuously refine sourcing strategies and improve internal systems
• What We Are Looking For
• 1-3 years of experience. Recruiting, sourcing or research experience helps but is not required.
• High energy and self-motivated
• Clear, confident communication
• Curiosity and the ability to independently research unfamiliar concepts
• Comfortable doing detailed, repetitive work for long stretches without losing accuracy
• We are a 100% remote company, so we want you to have a reliable laptop, stable internet and a quiet place to work
