We find senior engineering, data and AI talent, and we have a strong track record of building high-performing remote teams for our clients. Now we're doing the same for ourselves, investing in a talent sourcing team to grow with us as we scale.

The role

This is a fully candidate-side role, so there's no business development and no sales targets. Using Conexo's talent ecosystem, you'll be sourcing candidates across Europe, drawing on the strong networks we've built up over many years across Eastern and Southern Europe, alongside running targeted outreach and headhunting senior technical talent. You'll work CET hours, and you'll be trained in candidate screening from day one, so you're running candidate calls and building shortlists yourself.

What you'll be doing

• Running targeted outreach for roles in backend, full stack, product engineering, machine learning, AI and data science
• Proactively headhunting candidates and drawing on our existing networks to build strong talent pools for our clients
• Screening candidates and building shortlists
• Keeping our CRM accurate and up to date
• Helping deliver a first-class candidate experience. We treat it the way great product teams treat user experience, so every candidate is kept informed and hears back from us, whatever the outcome.

Your progression

Progression at Conexo is based on output, so how quickly you move up is down to you. As we grow, the path looks like this:

• Talent Sourcing Specialist: own outreach and candidate screening.
• Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist: present shortlists and work directly with our clients and partners.

From there, you choose your route:

• Principal Talent Sourcing Specialist: own searches end-to-end for our key clients, with the autonomy and earning potential that comes with it.
• Head of Talent Sourcing: lead our talent sourcing team.

What we're looking for

• 2–4 years in tech recruitment as a recruiter, 180, resourcer or talent partner
• Experience working for a UK or US recruitment agency
• Excellent written and spoken English, as you'll be speaking with senior engineers and, over time, our clients.
• Competitive, hungry and driven.
• Someone who thrives in a close-knit team and enjoys working directly with leadership
• Experience with recruitment software
