Senior Medical Recruiter – Permanent Recruitment

Location: Remote NZ-wide Flexible Takapuna office available

Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 base + uncapped commission

We are partnering with a well-established and highly respected Medical Recruitment Agency to recruit an experienced Senior Medical Recruiter for their growing team.

This role focuses on permanent recruitment for specialist medical roles, with a strong focus on the public health sector. They have an excellent existing client base, strong market branding, and a proven track record of success across New Zealand.

About The Role

As a Senior Medical Recruiter, you will manage end-to-end permanent recruitment processes for senior and specialist medical positions. You will leverage the company’s established client relationships and market reputation to deliver outstanding results.

About You

• Proven experience in medical recruitment agency or in-house/internal.
• Ideally, you have specific experience recruiting within New Zealand’s public health environment.
• Strong track record in permanent recruitment for specialist medical roles.
• Self-motivated, well-organised, and comfortable working autonomously.
