As a Talent Strategist at TechTree, you're the person a client trusts to run their search: managing the pipeline, holding the quality bar, and keeping everyone — client, candidates, our sourcing team — aligned and moving fast.
What You'll Do
Best fit: agency recruiters, in-house TA leads, or delivery-focused executive search consultants with a track record of running full-cycle processes and owning client relationships.
Remote — Poland.

What You'll Do
- Own day-to-day client relationships as their main point of contact
- Run full-cycle pipelines, from calibration calls to signed offers
- Turn client feedback into clear, usable hiring scorecards
- Drive scheduling, feedback loops and stakeholder alignment so nothing stalls
- Close out projects and own the success fee on every placement
