About the Role

Our client's Talent Success Managers are relationship-driven recruiters focused on building strong clinician pipelines, creating exceptional candidate experiences, and driving successful placements.

This role is designed for someone who thrives in a fast-paced recruiting environment, moves with urgency, and enjoys building lasting relationships with healthcare professionals. Your primary focus will be sourcing, recruiting, and placing clinicians while helping grow and strengthen our talent network.

As you establish a consistent pipeline and demonstrate success in production, there is opportunity to expand into a more full-desk / 360 ownership model — including managing client relationships and running a book of business.

Working Hours / Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00AM to 4:00PM (CST) / 8:00PM to 5:00AM PHT

Work Setup: Remote / Work from home

What you’ll do

• Build & Manage a Strong Clinician Pipeline
• Source, recruit, screen, and engage healthcare professionals for travel and allied opportunities across the country. Consistently build relationships that create long-term clinician loyalty and redeployment opportunities.
• Drive Recruitment Activity & Placements
• Maintain strong outbound activity through calls, texts, emails, and lead follow-up efforts. Manage clinicians through the full recruitment cycle from initial outreach through placement and assignment start.
• Create an Exceptional Candidate Experience
• Act as a trusted partner to clinicians by understanding their goals, communicating transparently, and helping match them with the right opportunities.
• Collaborate with Leadership & Client Teams
• Partner closely with internal teams to align clinicians with open positions, staffing priorities, and client needs while ensuring speed and quality throughout the process.
• Ensure Successful Starts & Retention
• Prepare clinicians for interviews and assignment expectations while proactively supporting them throughout their assignment experience to improve retention and redeployment.

What You Bring

• Experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting, sales, or relationship-driven environments
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work with urgency and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented mindset
• Comfortable with high outbound activity and proactive outreach
• Organized and adaptable in a startup environment
• Passion for helping clinicians find meaningful opportunities
