Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer with strong expertise in Azure Cloud and Cloud-Native technologies to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in cloud infrastructure management, Kubernetes administration, CI/CD automation, and cloud-native DevOps practices, preferably within the IT and Telecommunications sector. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining modern DevOps practices, ensuring high availability, scalability, and security of mission-critical applications. Key Responsibilities · Azure Cloud Infrastructure Management: Deploy, configure, and maintain cloud infrastructure in Microsoft Azure, leveraging services such as Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Azure DevOps, Azure Monitor, Azure Functions, and other cloud-native tools. · Cloud-Native DevOps Practices: Manage and optimize containerized workloads using Kubernetes and Docker, ensuring scalability, observability, and reliability. · Server & System Administration: Configure, monitor, and manage Linux/Unix systems, VMs, and networking across hybrid and cloud environments. · Automation & Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Develop and maintain automation scripts using Terraform, Ansible, or ARM templates to provision and manage infrastructure. · CI/CD Pipeline Management: Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD) to enable faster and more reliable software delivery. · Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Implement proactive monitoring and alerting using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Azure Monitor, or ELK stack. Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks and production issues. · Security & Compliance: Apply cloud security best practices, IAM policies, and compliance standards to ensure secure system operations. · Collaboration: Work closely with development, operations, and telecom teams to integrate DevOps best practices across the full lifecycle. · Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain comprehensive documentation and contribute to the continuous improvement of DevOps methodologies. Required Skills & Qualifications · Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field. · Cloud Expertise: Strong experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud services and administration. · Cloud-Native DevOps: Hands-on experience in Kubernetes (AKS/EKS/GKE) and containerization technologies. · Scripting & Automation: Proficiency in Bash, Python, or PowerShell for automation. · CI/CD Tools: Strong knowledge of Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or equivalent. · Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Experience with Terraform, ARM templates, or Ansible. · Networking & Security: Solid understanding of networking, firewalls, VPNs, SSL/TLS, IAM policies, and DevSecOps practices. · Version Control: Proficient in Git and Git-based workflows. · Monitoring: Knowledge of Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack. · Problem-Solving & Communication: Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills, with proficiency in English. Preferred Qualifications · Certifications: -Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (Required). -Additional certifications such as CKA/CKAD (Kubernetes), Terraform Associate, or AWS/GCP equivalents are a plus. · Telecom Sector Experience: Prior experience working in IT & Telecommunications with an understanding of telecom protocols and infrastructure. · Security Practices: Knowledge of cloud security frameworks, compliance standards (ISO, GDPR, SOC2), and zero-trust principles. · Advanced Monitoring & Observability: Experience with APM tools (Dynatrace, New Relic) and log aggregation systems.
