Our client is the tax department of a fund manager in Zurich. We are searching for a senior tax specialist (m, f, d) as Tax Advisor Corporate & OECD Minimum Tax Responsible for corporate & OECD minimum tax and ensuring compliance with tax regulations in Switzerland, including tax returns, corporation tax, transfer pricing, VAT, withholding tax and stamp duty / Preparation of tax returns, forecasts and analyses for senior management and the CFO’s office, as well as assisting with tax planning / Preparing and maintaining transfer pricing documentation and conducting analyses / Support with the implementation of new tax regulations in the systems / Involvement in national and international tax projects, as well as close collaboration with the legal department on complex and interdisciplinary projects / Coordination tasks relating to the standardisation of processes and the development of tools / Point of contact for business teams, external auditors and tax authorities. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law, Taxation or Finance / Additional certification in tax law would be an advantage / Professional experience in a Big Four or in an international tax law firm with corporate tax in the investment / Familiar with Swiss and international tax law and with experience in corporate taxation and tax compliance or reporting / Knowledge of the OECD Minimum Tax (Pillar 2) would be an advantage / Strong analytical and conceptual skills, as well as a structured and solution-oriented approach to work / High level of personal responsibility and assertiveness / IT aptitude and knowledge of tax software / Proficient in using MS Office (Excel).
