We are searching for a senior tax specialist (m, f, d) as Tax Consultant Corporate & OECD Minimum Tax Responsible for corporate & OECD minimum tax and ensuring compliance with tax regulations in Switzerland, including tax returns, corporation tax, transfer pricing, VAT, withholding tax and stamp duty / Preparation of tax returns, forecasts and analyses for senior management and the CFO’s office, as well as assisting with tax planning / Preparing and maintaining transfer pricing documentation and conducting analyses / Support with the implementation of new tax regulations in the systems / Involvement in national and international tax projects, as well as close collaboration with the legal department on complex and interdisciplinary projects / Coordination tasks relating to the standardisation of processes and the development of tools / Point of contact for business teams, external auditors and tax authorities.
