Your Role as Tax Manager: Embark on a pivotal role where your responsibilities will encompass: Leading tax planning initiatives and executing detailed reviews of intricate tax returns. Delivering a spectrum of tax and accounting services, including engagement planning and client communications. Playing a pivotal role in nurturing and guiding team members at the staff level, fostering growth and excellence. Qualifications: CPA or EA license Minimum of five (5) years of specialized experience in tax accounting Proficiency in managing pass-through entities is essential What's in it For You? Requirements Skills and Education Required Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field Certified Public Accountant or Enrolled Agent designation 5 years of experience in accounting or finance with a focus on taxation Proficiency in tax software and computer applications Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
