Bossetti Consulting is a small, growing CPA firm in Columbus. We do tax, bookkeeping, and advisory work for individuals and small businesses across the country. We are adding clients every month — you'll work directly with the owner, own your client list, and help lead the people we hire after you.

What you'll do

• Prepare and review individual and business returns (1040, 1065, 1120-S) in ProConnect, under the supervision of the Senior Tax Manager.
• Handle monthly bookkeeping and reconciliations in QuickBooks Online
• Work with clients directly — collect documents, answer questions, explain results, as needed.
• Help build the processes and systems the firm runs on as it grows. Assist in workflow processes, workpaper restructuring, and system designs and improvement.

What we're looking for

• 1-3 years in tax accounting, with both tax and bookkeeping experience
• CPA or EA, or actively working toward one. Bossetti Consulting LLC is willing to sponsor you to complete your licensure.
• Strong in QuickBooks Online; ProConnect experience is a plus
• Organized, clear communicator, comfortable owning your own work and working for a small firm.

Pay and benefits

• $90,000 salary
• Health insurance — we pay 100% of employee coverage
• 401(k) with a 3% company contribution
• 21 days PTO plus Federal Holidays
• Hybrid Schedule – 3 days in office, 2 days work from home. Hours are heavier January through April and lighter in the summer. Target start: late November 2026.
• Equity earn in potential – ability to earn equity in the firm as we grow, if desired.
