About the Role As King & McCleary continues to grow, we are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Tax Manager to join our American Fork, UT based firm. This role involves tax compliance, providing strategic tax planning, and ensuring that all tax practices adhere to both local and federal regulations. Manage client relationships, including client contact, coordination with clients, and preparation timing for small and medium sized engagements. Collaborate with leadership in coordinating large client engagements, identification of problems, and providing solutions. Assist with tax planning, tax compliance, and on-boarding of new clients while maintaining quality client relationships. Identify opportunities to attract new clients and market the company's services and products and facilitate expansion of business with existing clients. Required Skills: 8+ years of Tax experience Master’s Degree in Accounting preferred (or relevant years of experience) Experience with leading tax software and bookkeeping software (Lacerte, QuickBooks) Knowledge of Federal, State and Local tax codes and regulations Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to collaborate with staff and clients Preferred Skills: Active CPA license Experience with Lacerte and QuickBooks Proven experience with client and/or staff management Division King & McCleary Locations American Fork Remote status Hybrid About Baysora At Baysora, we partner with boutique tax and accounting firms to protect what makes them unique while fueling their next chapter.
