Tax Manager - Financial Services

We're partnering with a national professional services firm to add a Tax Manager to its Denver Financial Services practice. The team serves private equity, venture capital, hedge, real estate, private credit, cannabis and other alternative investment funds deploying billions in capital. You'll collaborate with specialists across industries and service lines on work involving transactions, funds and portfolio companies.

What You'll Own

• Lead assigned client engagements from initial planning through final delivery.
• Build engagement plans, budgets and schedules.
• Manage client communication and provide clear direction to engagement teams.
• Coach staff and interns through regular feedback.
• Participate in proposals and collaborate across the broader practice.

What You'll Bring

• At least five years of public accounting experience.
• An active CPA license and a bachelor's degree.
• Financial services experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office proficiency and familiarity with CaseWare or ProSystem fx.
• Strong organization, communication and leadership skills.
