Tax Manager- Hybrid

Overview Location: Hybrid - Warrendale, PA Job Type: Direct Hire Work Authorization: US Citizen or Green Card holder The A.C.Coy Company is currently seeking candidates for a Tax Senior Manager role to support Healthcare businesses. Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of public accounting with several years supporting Healthcare clients. An active CPA is required. Responsibilities Interact with clients and team members to provide tax planning, consultation, and compliance services Partner with upper management on client management, professional development, and business development activities Supervise and mentor associate team members Actively develop new clients and market the company's services Participate in networking events and other events within the local community to foster client development Qualifications Education Required: Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting or a related discipline active CPA or JD Experience Required: 8+ years of public accounting experience with a minimum of 5+ years working with Healthcare clients Strong communication skills both written and verbal Knowledge and proficiency with various accounting software Demonstrated ability to work effectively with both internal and external teams
