Tax Preparer

Job Title: Tax Preparer A U.S.-based accounting firm is looking for a skilled Tax Preparer to join our remote team. Were seeking someone detail-oriented, dependable, and experienced in preparing individual and business tax returns while ensuring full compliance with U.S. tax laws. Key Responsibilities Prepare and review individual (1040) and business tax returns (1120, 1065, etc.). Verify accuracy of data and documentation before filing. Communicate with clients to collect necessary financial information. Stay up to date on IRS regulations and filing requirements. Requirements Proven experience as a Tax Preparer (U.S. tax experience preferred). Strong understanding of federal and state tax laws. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Reliable laptop/PC and strong internet connection are a must. Ability to work remote, full-time during U.S. Eastern Standard Time (EST) hours.
