T&E Analyst

We are looking for an T&E Analyst to provide temporary support for a project lasting up to two months . The role will focus on reconciling corporate credit card transactions, resolving outstanding expense-related balances and supporting the reconciliation of prepayments. You will Reconcile corporate credit card transactions and outstanding balances. Follow up with employees regarding outstanding expense report submissions. Investigate and resolve unreconciled expense-related balances. Support the reconciliation of prepayments in the system. Cooperate with the finance team to ensure outstanding balances are cleared efficiently. Experience in Accounts Payable (AP) and Travel & Expense (T&E) processes. Experience with account reconciliation and resolving outstanding balances. Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to financial data. Strong English communication skills. Ability to work independently and proactively on a short-term assignment. Greek language skills would be an advantage. Availability for a temporary assignment of up to 2 months.
