About the role:
We are looking for a Full-Stack Tech Lead to join our growing technology team and take technical ownership of end-to-end solutions across our platform.
In this role, you will combine hands-on software engineering with technical leadership, working across both frontend and backend. You will design and develop modern applications using the latest Angular, TypeScript, .NET, and C#, building APIs, data processing services, and scalable solutions that support our growing B2B SaaS platform.
As a Tech Lead, you will also play an important role in supporting and mentoring other engineers. You will help the team solve complex technical problems, provide technical guidance, and drive engineering improvements. Beyond technical contributions, you will oversee the team's daily work and, when necessary, take charge of creating and refining the backlog.

Responsibilities:

• Development and maintenance of the frontend part of our application (the latest Angular).
• Development of backend services (the latest .NET) -various APIs and Data Processing.
• Participation in Solution Design and Requirements Analysis.
• Leads the technical delivery of end-to-end solutions across Frontend and Backend.
• Reviews solutions and code across the stack and ensures agreed standards are followed.
• Supports engineers in solving complex technical problems across the application.
• Participates in Solution Design and Requirements Analysis.
• Mentors and provides technical guidance to full-stack engineers.
• Takes responsibility for the team's work, ensuring smooth collaboration and task delivery.
• Creates, manages, and refines the product/technical backlog when necessary

Requirements:

• 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• Advanced expertise in the latest Angular/ TypeScript and the latest .NET/C#.
• Strong understanding of front-end, backend, APIs, databases, and system integrations.
• Advanced knowledge of application performance, security, testing, scalability, and maintainability.
• Able to solve complex end-to-end problems independently and make technical decisions within the agreed architecture.
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD and automated testing.
• Experience with Azure and cloud-based application development.
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
• Good knowledge of Azure
• Strong technical leadership and decision-making skills.
• Ability to provide technical guidance without formal management responsibility.
• Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.
• Experience mentoring Senior and mid-level engineers.
• Ability to work effectively with Product, Data, and Technology teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Takes ownership of complex technical problems and drives them to resolution.
• Ability to balance technical quality, business requirements, delivery timelines, and cost.
• Strong communication skills in English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with data visualization and charting solutions.
• Basic knowledge of UX/UI principles and ability to identify usability improvements.
• Experience running front-end applications on Azure.
• Experience with B2B SaaS products.
• Interest in financial markets, especially ETFs.
