CerebriOS is a software company building B2B SaaS products that help businesses make better decisions, streamline operations, and get more value from their data. Our products combine practical business workflows with intuitive technology designed for everyday use. You will support the team building our new mid-market analytics platform, helping keep day-to-day team operations organized and running smoothly. You will work closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and other teams, coordinating meetings, documentation, schedules, onboarding activities, and administrative tasks so the team can stay focused on building the product. WHAT YOU WILL DO Coordinate meetings, calendars, team events, and recurring team activities Prepare agendas, capture action items, and help follow up on open tasks Maintain team documentation, shared resources, and internal information Support onboarding activities for new team members, including scheduling and coordination Help organize internal communications, team updates, and important announcements Coordinate travel, equipment, supplies, and other administrative needs when required Support project and team planning with scheduling, documentation, and follow-up Help maintain organized records and ensure important information is easy for the team to find Coordinate with People, Finance, IT, and other internal teams on requests affecting the team Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and make team operations more efficient WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR 1+ year of experience in administrative support, team coordination, office operations, or a similar role Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal English communication skills Comfortable managing calendars, meetings, documents, and multiple priorities Proactive approach to following up and keeping things moving without constant supervision Strong sense of discretion when handling internal or sensitive information Comfortable working with remote teams and collaborating across different functions Confident using common workplace tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office NICE TO HAVE Experience supporting a technology, SaaS, or other fast-growing company Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, Notion, or Asana Experience supporting engineering, product, or other technical teams Experience coordinating onboarding or team events Basic project coordination experience Experience working in a fully remote environment COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Compensation will be determined based on experience, administrative expertise, and overall fit for the role.
