About the team/service: Our Adult Social Care Reablement Service plays a key role in supporting adults across Gloucestershire who have care and support needs as a result of illness, disability, or changing life circumstances. Our Team Administrators play a vital role in ensuring the service runs smoothly. By providing high-quality administrative support, they help colleagues deliver timely and effective support to the people who rely on our service. We work in partnership with individuals to understand their goals and priorities, enabling them to achieve positive outcomes through practical interventions and effective support. This is a dynamic and evolving service with a strong emphasis on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. The posts are based at Shire Hall in the centre of Gloucester. The team work in a hybrid way with a mix of office and home working. There is free off-site staff car parking when working in the office. About the role: We are looking for two full-time Team Administrators to join our Adult Social Care Reablement Service. As part of this busy and supportive team, you will provide high-quality administrative and clerical support, helping to ensure the service runs effectively. This will include: Taking calls from internal colleagues as well as members of the public, so a professional telephone manner is essential. Inputting data into internal systems. Scheduling meetings, booking rooms, and taking minutes. Responding to, redirecting, and managing emails within a shared mailbox. Full training and support will be provided in these key areas. About you: You will have strong communication and organisational skills. Ideally, you will have experience of working in a busy office environment. You will also have good IT skills and be a competent user of Microsoft Office applications.
