Are you an organised, proactive administrator who enjoys supporting a busy team and providing excellent customer service?

We're looking for a Team Coordinator to join our Windsor Office Reception team. This is a varied and rewarding role where you'll be at the heart of the operation, ensuring the smooth running of the office while providing high-quality administrative support to colleagues across the business.

As Team Coordinator you'll be the first point of contact for visitors, customers and stakeholders, delivering a professional reception service and ensuring every interaction reflects our values. You'll coordinate a wide range of administrative activities, support meetings, manage office systems and records, and help create an efficient and welcoming working environment.

No two days will be the same. From greeting visitors and responding to calls and emails, managing the office environment, and processing invoices to supporting meetings and events, you'll play an important role in keeping the Windsor business running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Acting as the first point of contact for visitors and enquiries.

  • Providing professional administrative support to teams across Windsor.

  • Managing purchase orders, invoices and administrative records.

  • Maintaining office systems, databases and filing systems.

  • Ensuring the office environment is well organised and fully operational.

  • Supporting events and stakeholder visits.

  • Coordinating meetings and preparing documents.

  • Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working.

About You

You’ll bring practical administrative experience, strong interpersonal skills and confidence supporting others in a hands-on environment. You’ll be organised, reliable and able to prioritise work according to seasonal and operational needs. You’ll understand the importance of health and safety, be confident using office equipment, and able to communicate clearly with colleagues, visitors and stakeholders. Experience in a visitor-focused environment would be helpful, but what matters most is your practical skill, positive leadership approach and pride in high standards.

You'll bring:

  • Previous experience in an administration, office support or reception role.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, Outlook and SharePoint.

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • The ability to manage competing priorities and work independently.

  • A proactive approach and willingness to identify improvements.

  • A collaborative mindset and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service
