In this role, you will take full ownership of our digital performance marketing activities, including paid search, display, and social channels. Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies (search, shopping, app stores, display, paid social) specific to the used-car sector Build and lead a high-performing team with scalable processes for flawless execution, optimization, and cross-channel knowledge sharing Define and integrate high-value keywords, audiences, and targeting tactics to drive qualified leads and sales across all channels Use data-driven, cross-channel insights and feedback loops to optimize efficiency, improve lead quality, and maximize ROI Partner with Tech, Data, copywriting, and product teams to enhance automation, measurement, experimentation, and creative output—including leveraging emerging AI-driven advertising capabilities 6+ years of hands-on experience managing large-scale paid media campaigns across digital channels such as search engines, app stores, display, and social platforms, with strong knowledge of emerging trends including AI-powered advertising Proven ability to design data-driven strategies, leveraging advanced audience segmentation, keyword and interest research, and robust feedback loops to optimize user quality, targeting, and acquisition costs Demonstrated strengths in analytics—translating complex campaign data from multiple channels into actionable insights and strategic recommendations to drive growth and ROI Strong leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of mentoring high-performing teams in fast-paced, results-driven environments Comfortable communicating with senior stakeholders & decision markets across the business A track record of utilising AI-driven tools and solutions to enhance campaign performance and efficiency, with an eagerness to experiment & learn Excellent organizational skills and creativity, with the ability to manage multiple projects, develop impactful campaigns, and collaborate on compelling ad copy and creative assets; fluent in English, with additional European language proficiency, especially German, a plus Autohero is Europe’s largest independent used car dealer, revolutionizing the way customers find and buy cars.
