Team Lead - Product Support (IPC)

Boeing Ukraine is looking for an experienced and driven Team Lead to join the Illustrated Parts Catalog department to support Post Production Authoring Team.

In this role, you will guide a team of engineers in delivering high-quality technical solutions to airline customers worldwide, while ensuring compliance with Boeing and industry standards.

A technically solid engineer who is equally comfortable leading people and solving engineering and technical problems — someone who takes ownership, communicates clearly across teams and with customers, and raises the bar for those around them.

Responsibilities:

Team Leadership
Provide day-to-day guidance to the engineering support team to maintain high quality and efficiency
Support team members' professional development through coaching and mentoring
Conduct regular 1:1s and contribute to performance reviews

Basic Qualifications:

Ukrainian citizenship or valid work permit
Upper Intermediate level of English (written and verbal)
Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry or non-US equivalent qualifications directly related to the work statement
Minimum 4 years of experience in Illustrated Parts Catalog authoring role or a related technical discipline
Confident knowledge of Illustrated Parts Catalog standards
Prior experience leading a team or mentoring (formal or informal)

Preferred Qualifications:

5+ years in Customer Support within aviation or aerospace airline or MRO experience
Aviation Education (e.g., aircraft maintenance engineering, avionics)
Strong written and verbal communication skills in a cross-functional environment
