In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Manage teams and ensure that performance targets are met or exceeded and proactively communicate with various stakeholders’ critical updates that could impact on the business. Support projects related to continuous improvement and other ad hoc tasks to support the strategic priorities of the business. Handle escalations and ensure that customer requests and concerns are addressed in a timely manner. Develop individual contributors to ensure they can maximize their talents and fully explore career opportunities within Emerson. Plan, organize, and coordinate team activities that will increase engagement and drive morale. You learn quickly in new situations and deliver solutions that meet or exceed customer expectations. For This Role, You Will Need: Bachelor’s degree in Business-related or Engineering-related field. At least 1 year of progressive leadership experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage work in a fast‑paced environment. Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: Knowledge of other reporting applications is a plus.
