This role This role exists to give the Sales Operations function the capacity to execute projects across all of PayJoy's markets. The Sales Operations Analyst is the driving arm behind the team's regional projects, owning the metrics that measure how our sales force performs (rep productivity, target attainment, cost per sale, forecasting accuracy, and growth versus market penetration) and building the frameworks that surface performance issues early. By turning scattered CRM and sales data into a reliable, consistent view, and by managing cross-market initiatives, this role lets leaders make faster, better-informed decision Responsibilities Drive Sales Operations projects across regions (MX, BR, EC, ZA, ID, PH), coordinating with local GTM, Data, Fraud, and Merchant Operations teams and unblocking initiatives to keep projects on track. Build and maintain the core sales performance metric set (rep productivity, target attainment, cost per sale, forecasting accuracy), so leaders have consistent, reliable numbers to manage the sales force from. Develop and maintain frameworks to assess rep performance and identify where support or intervention is needed. Analyze growth relative to market penetration across regions to identify opportunities. Support forecasting, target-setting, and planning exercises with clean data and analysis, so commercial plans are grounded in evidence. Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in business, economics, engineering, data, finance, or a related field. Analytical skills: strong use of spreadsheets and the ability to work with large, complex datasets to produce clean, decision-ready analysis. Ways of working: ownership mentality, bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently. Experience with CRM SQL and experience with analytics tools such as Snowflake, Hex, or BigQuery. Prior work with data and stakeholders across multiple countries or business entities.
