Show job description

In this role, you will lead the day-to-day operations (RUN) and functional continuity of the global HR Technology Ecosystem within BRP Global Services with a focus on HR Tech Ops. Positioned at the operational core of HR Technology, you will manage ticket resolution, govern role-based permissions (RBP), oversee recurring system updates, and ensure process compliance from the team. You will work directly with HR System Administrators, collaborating closely with the HR Product Owner, Data Management team, HR Analytics Team and IT CoE to deliver reliable operational support and seamless system adoption across all regions using Agile methodologies, working together with the Agile coach. As the driving force of HR Tech Operations, you will lead and mentor a team of HR System Administrators, focusing on elements like delegation and empathy.

YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Develop Operational Team Capabilities: Mentor, coach, and cross-train HR System Administrators and Operations Analysts to maintain high competence matrices and service quality, having at the same time the right follow up on environment and development inside the team.

  • Lead Day-to-Day HR Tech Operations (RUN): Ensure continuous operational delivery, system availability, and service level agreement (SLA) fulfillment across all core HR applications (e.g., SuccessFactors, Taleo, Synerion).

  • Govern Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and Compliance: Oversee and manage access controls, Role-Based Permissions (RBP), security protocols, and SOX audit readiness across all HR tools within the team’s scope.

  • Manage L1/L2 Support and Incident Resolution using Agile: Direct the support workflow for non-project operational tickets, establishing efficient L1 to L2 handoff procedures and driving root-cause analysis for recurring issues, while using the right Agile methodology guidance, working together with the assigned Agile coach for this matter.

  • Execute System Releases and Testing: Plan and execute operational regression testing, release validation, and system maintenance (e.g., semi-annual SuccessFactors updates and instance refreshes).

  • Drive Functional Process Governance: Standardize and govern functional workflows across regions, supporting annual cycles such as Talent Management, Performance, and Time Off configurations, making sure from a proactive perspective that the implementations are well covered and executed from a system perspective for their use.

  • Lead Change Readiness and User Adoption: Partner with the Change Management team to ensure local HR teams, managers, and employees are fully trained and prepared for new features and process adjustments that will be related to HR Tech Ops functions.

  • Track and Optimize Operational KPIs: Monitor key operational performance metrics, including Right First Time (RFT) system data accuracy, case resolution time, call answer rates, and transaction speed.

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Education and Experience: A bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business Administration, or 3 to 5 years of proven experience in a related field.

  • Agile Expertise: Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog prioritization frameworks, user story drafting, and product lifecycle management.

  • Business Acumen and Analytical Thinking: The ability to translate complex HR processes and workforce data into clear technical specifications and measurable business value.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: A proven track record of bridging communication gaps between relevant teams.

  • Problem Solving and Prioritization: The ability to manage competing priorities, balance trade-offs between speed and scope, and resolve complex roadblocks.

  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders.
