About the role: As Implementation Team Leader, you will act as a hands-on delivery leader, combining people leadership with full ownership of implementation quality, customer outcomes, and cross-team collaboration. Which tasks can you expect? Leading and developing the team of enova365 implementation consultants (onboarding, coaching, feedback, performance reviews) Planning and allocating team resources (capacity planning, priorities, substitutions) Responsibility for the quality and timeliness of end‑to‑end enova365 HR & Payroll implementations Overseeing analysis, configuration, data migration, testing (UAT), and go‑live Acting as the first escalation point for delivery issues and client concerns Closely cooperating with OPS, Payroll Operations, Project Management, IT/Integrations, International teams, and other stakeholders Ensuring a smooth handover to Payroll Operations after implementation Participating in estimations and presales/scoping support (when needed) Standardizing and continuously improving implementation practices (templates, playbooks, lessons learned) Building a culture of collaboration, accountability, and customer focus What do you have to offer?
