Perché questo ruolo è importante

In qualità di Team Leader – Implementazione di Tires as a Service (TaaS), svolgerai un ruolo chiave nel garantire un’esperienza di alta qualità alle clienti e ai clienti. Guidando un team di tecniche e tecnici sul campo e coordinando le operazioni quotidiane, assicurerai che i servizi siano erogati in sicurezza, nei tempi previsti e secondo i più elevati standard. Metterai in sinergia persone, processi e partner per garantire risultati affidabili e focalizzati sulle esigenze della clientela.

Cosa farai

• Guidare, supportare e sviluppare un team di tecniche e tecnici sul campo.
• Pianificare e coordinare le operazioni quotidiane e settimanali, assicurando il rispetto delle esigenze della clientela.
• Costruire solide partnership con team interni, clienti e fornitrici e fornitori esterni.
• Stabilire le priorità, gestire la pianificazione e supportare le attività di formazione e certificazione.
• Promuovere sicurezza, qualità e conformità agli standard interni e alle normative vigenti.
• Migliorare la soddisfazione della clientela attraverso la risoluzione dei problemi, l’analisi delle cause principali e l’ottimizzazione dei processi.
• Coordinare assunzione, onboarding, gestione delle performance e sviluppo delle competenze del team, favorendo al contempo comunicazione, chiarezza e allineamento tra tutte le persone coinvolte.

Il tuo profilo

• Esperienza nella leadership e nello sviluppo di team in ambienti tecnici o sul campo.
• Solida esperienza nel supporto alla clientela, nella risoluzione dei problemi e nel coordinamento delle persone coinvolte nei progetti.
• Capacità di pianificare, stabilire priorità e raggiungere obiettivi in un ambiente dinamico e orientato al servizio.
• Autonomia nel lavoro, accompagnata dalla capacità di promuovere collaborazione e inclusione all’interno dei team.
• Ottime capacità comunicative e di redazione di report, con forte attenzione ai dettagli.
• Approccio proattivo e orientato alle soluzioni, con un forte impegno verso il miglioramento continuo.
• Disponibilità a viaggiare frequentemente nell’ambito del ruolo.

Fascia retributiva: 37.800–59.400 €
