The Team Leader, Workplace Technology provides operational and technical leadership across the Workplace Technology section of the Information Services Division. The role leads technical staff to deliver reliable, customer-focused end-user technology services across the department, applying ITIL best-practice methodology to support consistent service delivery, effective lifecycle management, and continuous improvement.
Specialist/Technical Expertise/Qualifications
Highly desirable
- Demonstrated Technical End User Support experience.
- Formal qualification in IT Service Delivery - ITIL V4 Foundation, degree in Information Technology is desirable.
- Use of ServiceNow Management Tool.
- Experience working in an ITIL environment.
This is an ongoing position. The work location for this position is flexible within Victoria with hybrid work arrangements available.
