TeamViewer provides a leading Digital Workplace platform that connects people with technology—enabling, improving and automating digital processes to make work work better. Our software solutions harness the power of AI and shape the future of digitalization.
We believe that our diverse teams and strong company culture are key to the success of our products and technologies, that hundreds of millions of users around the world and around 645,000 customers across all industries rely on. With more than 1,900 employees worldwide, we celebrate the unique perspectives and talents that each individual brings to the table and foster a dynamic work environment where new ideas thrive. Are you ready to join our team and make an impact?
What you will do
You will lead TeamViewer's Enterprise Account Specialist desk for EMEA from Porto, managing a team of seven specialists responsible for the renewal and growth of enterprise customer accounts below the agreed annual recurring revenue threshold. The team will provide proactive coverage for a high-volume customer book, reduce churn, identify expansion opportunities and create qualified handoffs to Account Managers and Account Executives.
You will develop and ramp the team, own retention and expansion performance, forecast weekly, and establish clear operating rules between the specialist desk and the wider Account Management and Account Executive organization. This role combines people leadership, commercial ownership, operational discipline and customer focus.
• Develop, ramp and lead a team of seven Enterprise Account Specialists based in Porto, with clear onboarding, coaching and performance expectations.
• Own gross and net revenue retention, renewal performance and expansion attainment across the team's assigned customer book.
• Run a disciplined weekly renewal and forecasting cadence, ensuring every renewal has an owner, a plan and a documented next step.
• Use Salesforce reporting and scorecards to review renewal coverage, forecast accuracy, customer activity, expansion pipeline and rep-level performance.
• Coach through regular 1:1s, call reviews and structured development plans, creating a visible path for team members to progress into Account Manager and Account Executive roles.
• Define and maintain the operating agreement between the specialist desk, Account Managers and Account Executives, including clear ownership and handoff rules.
• Partner closely with Sales Operations, Support, Customer Success and sales leadership on territory alignment, account assignment, customer issues and commercial execution.
• Build a high-velocity operating rhythm that increases proactive customer contact, supports adoption, surfaces expansion opportunities and protects renewals.
• Document and continuously improve the team's playbook, including ramp, cadence, handoffs, forecasting and scorecard expectations.
What Success Looks Like
• First 30 days: complete onboarding and enablement, align territories and customer books, establish the operating cadence and agree clear ownership rules with key stakeholders.
• The team consistently forecasts renewals and expansion with accurate Salesforce data, clear next steps and strong cadence adherence.
• Customer coverage becomes proactive, with increasing customer engagement, qualified expansion opportunities and clean handoffs to Account Managers and Account Executives.
• The team is effectively coached and ramped, with transparent performance expectations and documented development plans.
• Retention, renewal and expansion performance are measured and reported through a consistent weekly scorecard.
Qualifications
• 4+ years in customer-facing SaaS or technology roles such as account management, renewals, customer success or inside sales.
• Previous people leadership experience, ideally including at least 1-2 years leading a team or serving as a formal team lead.
• Experience ramping, coaching and performance-managing early-career sellers, account managers or renewal professionals.
• Track record of owning and reporting a retention, renewal or revenue number with weekly forecasting discipline.
• Strong Salesforce or comparable CRM capability, including forecasting, pipeline hygiene, reporting and scorecard management.
• Experience in a high-volume commercial, renewals, inside-sales, reseller or managed-services environment is advantageous.
• Builder mindset: comfortable establishing a new operating rhythm, documenting processes and improving them through data and feedback.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and the confidence to establish clear operating agreements with peers and stakeholders.
• Fluent English is required. French, Spanish or Italian language capability would be advantageous.
• Located in, or willing to relocate to, Porto, Portugal, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment.
