Your Responsibilities

• Du verantwortest die Planung, den Betrieb und die Instandhaltung der Eisenbahninfrastruktur
• Dabei stellst du eine hohe Anlagenverfügbarkeit und einen störungsarmen Betrieb sicher
• Neu-, Umbau- und Investitionsprojekte planst und steuerst du
• Die Betreiberverantwortung nimmst du wahr und stellst behördliche Auflagen und Genehmigungen sicher
• Du übernimmst die Steuerung von Budgets, Fremdfirmen, Verträge und externenn Dienstleistungen
• Du führst die zugeordneten Mitarbeitenden und Organisationseinheiten und entwickelst diese weiter
• Interne und externe Kunden berätst du und vertrittst den Bereich in Projekten und Fachgremien

Your Profile

• Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes technisches Studium, vorzugsweise im Bereich Bauingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbar
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung bringst du in der Planung, im Betrieb oder in der Instandhaltung technischer beziehungsweise eisenbahntechnischer Anlagen mit
• Du verfügst über Erfahrung in der Führung von Mitarbeitenden und in der Steuerung von Dienstleistern
• Gute Kenntnisse der einschlägigen technischen und gesetzlichen Vorgaben für Eisenbahninfrastruktur zeichnen dich aus
• Du bringst Erfahrung im Projekt-, Investitions- und Kostenmanagement mit
• Eine ausgeprägte Entscheidungs-, Organisations- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit zeichnet dich aus
• Du verfügst über ein hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und bist bereit, bei betrieblichen Störungen und in Krisensituationen mitzuwirken
