About the role:
We are looking for a Frontend Tech Lead to join our growing technology team and take ownership of the technical direction of the frontend across our platform.
You will be responsible for designing and building scalable, maintainable, and high-performing frontend solutions using the latest Angular and TypeScript, while also setting technical standards and supporting other frontend engineers in solving complex challenges.
This is a hands-on technical leadership role. You will work closely with the CTO, engineers, product owners, and data specialists to shape solutions from requirements and architecture through to implementation and delivery. Beyond technical contributions, you will oversee the team's daily work and, when necessary, take charge of creating and refining the backlog.

Responsibilities:
- Development and maintenance of the front-end part of our application on the latest Angular.
- Participation in Solution Design and Requirements Analysis.
- Leads the technical delivery of front-end work using the latest Angular.
- Reviews front-end solutions and code and ensures agreed standards are followed.
- Build, scale and create reusable components across the Platform
- Supports engineers in solving complex front-end problems.
- Mentors and provides technical guidance to frontend engineers.
- Takes responsibility for the team's work, ensuring smooth collaboration and task delivery.
- Creates, manages, and refines the product/technical backlog when necessary
- 10+ years of software engineering experience.
- Advanced expertise in the latest Angular and TypeScript.
- Strong knowledge of Angular Material and state management such as NGXS.
- Strong understanding of front-end architecture, performance, testing, security, and maintainability.
- Advanced knowledge of reusable components and front-end design patterns.
- Able to solve complex front-end problems independently and make technical decisions within the agreed architecture.
- Strong knowledge of CI/CD and automated testing.
- Experience with AI-assisted development tools.
- Good knowledge of Azure
- Strong technical leadership and decision-making skills.
- Ability to provide technical guidance without formal management responsibility.
- Strong communication skills and ability to explain complex technical topics clearly.
- Experience mentoring Senior and mid-level engineers.
- Ability to work effectively with Product, Data, and Technology teams.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Takes ownership of complex technical problems and drives them to resolution.
- Ability to balance technical quality, business requirements, delivery timelines, and cost.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Experience with data visualization and charting solutions.
- Experience running front-end applications on Azure.
- Experience with B2B SaaS products.
